The programme includes 4 hours daily of specific practice on your speciality and 3 hours daily of Yoga (Iyengar).

A total of 7 hours practice per day.

Moments to enjoy nature, the environment and spaces to share with each other.

NOTE: on the 11th WELCOME and on the 20th FAREWELL, there is a special programme.

We offer a complete vegetarian menu, with local products. All the food is prepared with love by the stable team that is part of the space that welcomes us.

All meals are included, Breakfast-Lunch-Snack and Dinner.

With snacks available throughout the day such as; fruit – nuts and dried fruit.

NOTE: there is a space on the registration form to tell us about any intolerance and/or food you prefer not to eat or any other clarification.

A cozy house with shared rooms, each room has a window with views of nature and natural light.

You have the option to book a private room for two.

The team is made up of teaching professionals with a long experience in teaching and professional career.

They are all circus performers (some of them currently active, others already retired from the stage) from different countries and backgrounds.
